We had an amazing time welcoming our new Year 7 students to Astor School this summer!

Over the week, students got a head start on secondary school life – making new friends, exploring the school, and taking part in fun activities across subjects including art, drama, PE, and science.

A big thank you to all the staff  who made the week such a success, and to our new Year 7s – your enthusiasm, kindness and curiosity already show that you’re going to be a fantastic part of the Astor community!

Thanks to Summer School, the start of term has been incredibly smooth – it’s been wonderful to see our new students arrive with confidence, curiosity, and smiling faces, ready to take on the year ahead!

A huge thank you to the Dover smART Project for the fantastic creative sessions they delivered – your support added something truly special to the experience and was greatly enjoyed by all!
