National Trust Partnership update... The students were put to work with the National Trust’s volunteers, as well as a team of archaeologists, to begin clearing the first layers of soil in order to gain access to the area of two former bomb shelters. pic.twitter.com/IGKyEnGzU3

Last week 20 students began a long-term project, in partnership with the National Trust, to assist in the excavation of the former Wanstone WWII gun battery on the Whitecliffs.
